I ordered it primarily for the hook. This product has no hook. Seems fine otherwise, but I'm still sending it back because it doesn't serve my purposes. I'll update my review if the replacement actually has a hook.--Update, replacement has the hook. Sturdy and decent quality. The hook isn't 360 and there's no clear pocket for a phone. If you're fine with all that then it's pretty much perfect. I don't use the straps inside, the are to big or too small for anything I own. The only reasons it's 4 stars instead of 5 is I'm not sure why the bottom isn't mesh. Seems like I have to be careful what I put inside to avoid bacteria growthI bought this for my daughter to take to camp. She loved it! It’s very durable and easy to clean. Probably could be monogrammed as well.I like it because I go to college now and it’s very useful and people keeping asking where do I get this from .!! But I really thought this was a lunch box at first because it looks like it to me but I got use to it so I love it and the color so cuteeee!!I purchased this for my son who is living in a college dorm. He hasn’t used it yet so I can’t speak to durability yet, but we were able to fit a good amount of his toiletries in this caddy.I’ve bought 2 so far. Keep one in my semi and one at the house.
