These knives are not sharp. Must have them sharpened.The knives are sharp and are configured perfectly for proper usage. They really add to my kitchen's ability to provide the necessities of good cooking.We have been using these for over a month now and are very happy with them. Sono contenta dell'acquisto. Consigliato.Ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo.Il ceppo ha un colore più chiaro rispetto alle foto.La qualità risulta molto buona e la lucentezza dei coltelli è ottima.
